This 12 week Beginner program is designed to help you build up your Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift quickly. The program is divided into 3 phases and ends with an AMRAP test at your current max. Over the course of 3 months, from our testing of the program, once followed closely it usually results in turning your current 1 rep maxes into 1-3 rep maxes.
